Welcome to CatSnip

CatSnip is an affordable spay/neuter service operating around the metro Atlanta area as well as North Georgia. Our mission is to provide non-lethal population control for cats in Georgia, and to perform high quality sterilization surgeries for cats to align the supply of kittens born with available homes. We strive to educate the public about cat overpopulation, sterilization programs, and responsible cat care. We provide excellent spay/neuter services and we aim to keep these services affordable.

While the majority of cats in Atlanta and North Georgia are afforded excellent health care, tens of thousands are destroyed annually. Many cats live short and very difficult lives outdoors, and sterilization is a nonlethal method of reducing cat over population and the most humane way to prevent the birth of unwanted, homeless cats. On average, about 8 out of every 10 cats that enter shelters are euthanized. About half of these are kittens.
